You can only give what you yourself have and you can only lead where you've been. It's a solid motto in ministry when working with our volunteer leaders. I think there's truth to this when it comes to parents forming the faith of their children as well, but in the busyness of life and parenthood, how do you take time to care for your own faith and spirituality?
First, recognize that you deserve and need some 1-on-1 time with yourself and God.
Second, utilize various resources that can help you connect for as little or long as you're able to spend time with God.
Examples: Devotional books, The Bible, try various types of prayers, websites with info on the lives of Saints, videos or web resources with guided meditations, etc.

"Who is your neighbor? All those for whom Christ died. If that is true, can you exclude anyone from your prayers, your service, your heart? Your compassion may be the gift that saves someone from death." - From "To Be Like Jesus"
